Be careful, if it develops a small leak during the install, the Nitrous itself can make you take chances you normally wouldn't take - (intoxicant) so when installing keep yourself well ventilated!
Anyways.... This is the location I put the shark nozzle and the module. Bottles mounted on the passanger side I just need to find a way to route the No2 line to the engine bay.
Here are some closer pics of were I put nozzle. Drilled a 9/16 hole with some rtv sealer around the bung in my intake....i cringed a bit. Still need a TPS/RPM window switch and a purge kit. Then I should be ready to rock and roll.
Ok ordered this T fitting. Should be able to quick connect the fuel line and screw in a 4AN fitting. This should allow me to connect to the fuel IN on the solenoid. Heres the link to the fitting im just not sure if its right size but will see I suppose. https://www.mettleair.com/store/ptc...e-tee-branch-1-2-od-3-8-npt-female.html?hcb=1
Sorry guys for the slow progress....but heres the update. I got the push connect fitting and i think it'll work. Im waiting on a 3/8 Npt to 4an adapter then im gonna cut the line. and just so yall know our fuel lines are nylon.
I feel like a fool...its not half inch. Ugh. I cut off a piece of hose from my intake and it was 5/16 to make a temp union till I get a 5/16th push connect. Minor set back but assuming your engine is a 1.6l duratec the fuel line is 5/16th OD
Mmmmmkay....use whatever you guys want but I ended up just getting a 5/16th OD high pressure fuel hose. The got a NX 5/16th barbed T fitting and clamped everthing.
