If you don't want to do the drop in air filter, I recently put in the r2c intake and it sounds really good from the front. Pair it with a nice exhaust and it'll sound so nice.

Honestly, most do damn near the same thing, make some more noise, but not really "gains" I am super happy with it and so is my wallet. The hex black also looks really good in the bay!

BOLT-ON GAINS OF 9.8 HP AND 11.4 LB/FT. OF TORQUE USING OUR STANDARD FILTER AND WITHOUT TUNING!
That made me giggle. Still, it doesn't hurt, and if it sounds more like an engine than a sewing machine, that's a good feeling.

The ST exhaust will fit the hatchback, so this would, too. Not sure about the sedan.

That R2C uses an air dam and it looks like you keep the original snorkel from the radiator front grille side, but they give you another snorkel type for your Throttle body.

Any issues so far?

None! Sounds great, the only issue I had was they sent clamps a little too big, but I just used the ones off the air box. It was a generally easy install, directions weren't too intimidating. And it looks just as clean as the site's pics! It uses the same snorkel to bring in to the air dam where the filter is. much better than just ambient bay air.

Definitely send them an email if you are interested to get a deal on it, maybe mention my name (Shaun from CO) and that I ordered back in Nov.

Giving this thread a bump. It has several nice video sound clips of what a resonator delete and a muffler change sounds like. It's still relevant and informatve. I just wonder what the OP finally decided to go with!

The rumble muffler sounds good without being overkill, I think I'm heading in that direction myself.
