What does this Light Mean

Hi Guys

I have no idea what that light means. It changes from Orange to Red when i put key ON. My car is not starting. Bought it from someone like that. Any ideas what that light means?

Do you have the owner's manual? That would probably tell you. If not, you can probably download it somewhere.

I think most people here are from the US. We didn't have the Fiesta in 2006.
