Trying to identify sensor

Hi all,

I have a 2014 fiesta se
It's making a loud clicking / ticking noise and the sensor circled in red seems to be the culprit.

Can anyone tell me which sensor it is please?

It's the intake manifold vent valve. It directs fuel vapors in the intake manifold to the cannister. The fuel system has very tight controls on vapors. Virtually HC no leakage to the atmosphere is allowed
