The British buy a lot of Fords regardless of their speed, and as a result, the company is always giving them something special. In case of the Fiesta ST200, they ask for quite a lot of money as well, but that might not matter too much to the hardcore Ford enthusiasts.
Basically, Ford jammed all the upcoming updates of the soon to be refreshed Fiesta ST into a new version that you can have earlier, with special wheels and a color that screams limited edition. More power and torque, a lower, stiffer chassis, faster steering and a few extra bits in the otherwise rather cheap interior, and what you're looking at is a 1000 unit run of ST200s, the hot hatches everybody will want in 30 years. Too bad they'll all be crashed in 10.
As Carfection's Alex Goy explains, this might not be the deal of the century with a Ford-certified tuner already out there, but still a lot of fun at any speed.
