Sync update in 2012 Fiesta

Hi - I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta and learned about a sync update. I followed the directions to update the data onto a thumb drive but can't figure out how to install the update in the vehicle. I didn't know if anyone had any suggestions or if I just can't update the sync myself and have to go to a dealer to have it done. Thank you.

I did follow the online instructions. I get up to where it says to push the seek button and find the install application. Mine doesn't have a seek button. I did notice in the manual that I can go into the Advanced options and I should be able to find the install applications. I'm gonna try that one next.
