I do not think this is the "black screen of death". The infotainment system doesn't seem to be receiving power at all. Nothing shows up on the display. The dashcam I have plugged into the USB port no longer powers up either. The entire center electrical console is unresponsive.

I have disconnected the battery, both posts, for five minutes to try to reset the system. Fail.
I have checked all fuses, in the engine compartment and behind the glove box. They are all good.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Has anyone had this problem?

Yeah I did. Never solved it. Wired it to my cigarette lighter port with a switch to turn it on and off. Not the correct solution but I'd like to hear the correct one too.

IT may mean the main dash harness blew - that requires a center console tear-apart just to get at it. The power feeder line is pretty hefty - but if it took out the 20A yellow fuse in the front Engine compartment - that goes to the BCM - check to make sure you have a Horn that works - for it may mean the wiring to the BCM and SYNC are blown open.
