I am not sure if it’s available in Glasgow or not but the Thule company is the best I have seen.
You will need to go to their website and research what part numbers will be required to get a roof rack setup that suits your particular needs. Then once you have the part numbers you could start looking for them on the used market and save a lot of money. Good luck with your hunt.
