lol. the only thing my dealer adds is a plastic plate holder in the back (easily removed with your own custom holder). i see some cars around here with all kinds of dealer logos and i just laugh. who the hell would agree to buy a car with that on it unless the dealer agrees to make a $300 monthly payment to drive around with their logo. what a bunch of *&*(#&$*(#&#(*$&*(#. some dealers just don't get it!

also, i noticed your car has a Fiesta badge but some I've seen only have the ST. So what's the deal, will our cars have a fiesta badge on it or not? looking at your car i would assume yes, but some videos on youtube do not have it. i would prefer only the ST badge and nothing else, but it's all good, i won't complain about that lol

i would say off the lot. the dealers got in there first with their orders, then everything else is secondary.

if the fiesta decal is glued on i may try to remove it if i can do it without damage, if that's the case, i'll probably do the same with the ST badge and switch it to the other side. all depends, im a freak like that. lolz

the ST badge isnt on the wrong side. its supposed to follow the driver. but hey its your car, do what makes you happy, i say

To lessard.dcj, I called 6 or 8 dealers in the Montreal area and neither had one. I finally got a call from a dealer to who finally received an orange ST. After my road test, I was very excited to get one, but in White and without the moon roof nor GPS. The problem was that if I wanted a car with these exact options, I would have had to wait a couple of weeks before the guys from Ford Canada swing by the dealer for the next order batch, plus 8 weeks to build and deliver the car. In the end, I would have waited around 12~13 weeks and received the car mid-December.

The guy from the dealer called the day after my road test. He had found a white ST maybe two hours away from the dealer, but fully equipped. He almost gave me the extra options I didn't want and I figured the 13 weeks of waiting was not worth the extra features since my current car was about to die. I received the car the week after. Great service, great price, great car.

Grats on the lucky find. although i was always under the impression that a preorder was to get you whatever it was you preordered first, but hey who am i to ford. i only bought 3 new cars in under 3 years from ford... oh well mine should be built soon enough.

Great looking car Mathieu.

I think they went overboard with the publicity on your car, so many sticker. Mine was nice enough not to put any but I had to ask for it. Instead they gave my some keychains.

I too removed the Fiesta logo, it is only held by tape, very easy to do and didnt leave any marks on the paint.

Maybe we'll meet on the track next summer?
