How to get more power from '05 1.6 Ghia

Hey guys.

As you may have noticed, I am driving a 1.6 Ghia from 2005. I love it but I'm looking at getting more out of it. I have heard of guys adding a turbo, but i am not sure how true this is. Also wanted to know if putting a free flow exhaust, branches, and a K&N induction kit will increase my performance? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
