Hello my doors are not locking any longer while my engine is running. Like it used to do.

I messed around with the autolocking mechanism and screwed the pooch a little now my doors do not lock while my car engine is running like it used to do anyone tell me hot to reset it so my doors lock while my engine is running at the same time ? Thanks.
