Ford Feista stalling

I just got my first car, Ford Fiesta Edge 1.25 2010 model, and it constantly keeps stalling whenever I do a hill start. No matter how gentley I get the biting point, it just stalls. I must've stalled more than 10 times, and I never stalled on my driving instructors Toyota or my mum's Audi. Either I go gentle or fast on the clutch, it stalls.

I would suspect that there are either a bad wheel bearing or possibly the rear brakes may be dragging.
You didn't mention how many km it has on it. But, given the age of the Fiesta i would start with a brake and wheel bearing inspection. Done by a qualified mechanic.
