Fiesta TDCI 1.6 Contaminated Diesel - Not starting

Hi. My vehicle had a bad run in with contaminated fuel. We have cleaned out the tank and fuel lines. Replaced the Diesel filter. Redone the Diesel pump and replaced the injectors. Pressure on injectors and rail is correct. When the vehicle is pushed started it runs and one can drive it, but as soon as you hit the brakes and come to a stand still the vehicles cuts out. It also does not want to start. I have had the vehicle at 3 different mechanics and it just seems no one can assist. I had a mechanic telling me it might be the ECU. Any advice what can be tested next and has someone else also experienced this before?
