Fiesta Ambiante 2015 - No pollen filter?

Hi,

I just had my Ambiante serviced and the air con was smelly so I asked them not change the pollen filter for me.

When I returned they said my model doesn't have a pollen filter.

Which I thought was strange.

Can anyone shed some more light on this?

It certainly does have a filter. Ford recommends changing it every 20,000 miles, which is about right. I changed mine at 20,000, and it was dirty.
