- Ford Fiesta 2000 model 1.6i sport
I have a Fiesta 2000 model 1.6i sport, The car idles and revs up to 2000rpm then if you try to rev it higher it dies for a bout 4 seconds and then goes. Just about jerking your hear off.
A Ford mechanic has replaced Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Fuel pump in tank, fuel Pressure Regulator, Coil, Crank Sensor.
Does anyone know what can cause this.
Can this problem be caused by a Dirty or Faulty Idle Control Valve ?
