- 2017 fiesta 1.6L SE
So I have a standard transmission in my seventh generation fiesta se (91k miles)
i did a clutch kit/ lost a little bit of fluid, needing to top it off
Went to the dealership and they sold me Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission fluid
Different dealerships have given me different answers
One dealer ship gave me part number: xt-m5-qs
Then others gave me xt-11
I changed my fluid last year, and i do not recall using DCT fluid
everything in my being is telling me i'm suppose to be using Full Synthetic Standard Transmission Fluid
All my research is 50/50 results on which fluid to use
I do not want to mix Full synthetic standard transmission fluid with DCT fluid
What is the correct type and why is this such a mixed bag of answers
heres the vin number for specs
