Hi there sorry i own a ford fiesta 2012 Titanium wondering if this is normal under the car onky noticed it today

It's just a heat shield so it's no big deal. But that hole is supposed to attached to this. Solution is to replace the heat shield.

It shouldn't be too expensive, very easy fix. In the US that part is about $45, part # 1514339 8V51-5K286-CA.
