Wow, congratulations on this milestone!
IN this case - pretty much ALL the clutch "pack" needs to be inspected and even replaced.
The obvious is the housing - then the clutch - the slip plate and flywheel.
This may mean it's easier to buy the entire clutch than to just replace. For the flywheel on down to the throw-out bearing and the Slave cylinder itself - the flywheel itself can form cracks (it's 2022, this is from 2012!) So, 10 years of heat, cool thaw and rinse - takes its toll.
The "leak" has me thinking it's better to replace it all than to try and dig out the reason - unless you can get access to the Slave and see if "brake fluid" is the cause, or if the main oil seal for the Engine or tranny side is going out.
At least sperate the two halves and see if you can find the leak.
Once that source is found then see if the transmission or the engine causes this - then work accordingly.
