I'm preparing to replace the clutch on a 2011 Fiesta. I'm planning to order a LuK 70-232 kit. What else will I need to replace during this job? Should I replace the bolts that hold the clutch to the flywheel? None of the kits I'm seeing include those.
Thanks!

I have changed a lot of clutches and never used new bolts. The correct torque, a drop of blue Loctite (if there are no mechanical keepers or tabs) and you should be good to go. Looks like the kit comes with a new TO bearing and an alignment tool....should be good. Clean all the surfaces with Brakleen or similar and have clean hands when you put everything back together...no grease on the flywheel or discs!

Never had to replace the bolts either. I am not sure if the flywheel can be resurfaced. I will talk to a couple of Ford techs i worked with. I gotta believe that we can do that once.
I always replace the throwout bearing when i do a clutch. Its only a few bucks and a cheap way to avoid going back in there.
I love manual transmission's. They require so little maintenance if used properly.
