Anyone know the color system on a 14 pin adapter in the stereo

I have a ford fiesta 2010 ja8 and want to change the stereo, i have a 14 pin harness, and didnt want to buy a adapter for it, so i want to connect it directly to the iso connectors that followed with the stereo
