Anybody know how to activate rear power outlet?

I checked the fuse diagram and the one that i thought would power the rear outlet in my fiesta s only has 1 terminal and so I can't put a fuse there. I just don't get it. I took the cover off the outlet in the rear and it is wired and ready to go.

Fuse 33 shows a 20AMP.

The front outlet works but the rear does not. I'll look again to see if i'm just blind. The ones that did not come with a fuse from the factory only have 1 terminal so it can only hold a fuse in place but it does not help anything.

I've checked it and either I'm stupid or Ford is mean lol.There is not a connection for fuse 33. Why would they run the wire to the rear and put a power outlet if it could not be used.
