I found this book quite informative and whiteline suspension products printed a handy booklet to record car set-ups. There's a nice bonus in the booklet that explains in simple language the various suspension and alignment terms. I love Whiteline stuff. They really try to educate the customer in ways that can benefit the customer far beyond just buying an anti sway bar. depending on the level of preparation, the Fiesta can be a fun first car to get into autocross with. I am looking forward to preparing a Non ST for a SM class in the next few years. That lightweight body is just begging for a prepared and modified upgrade for autocross or tracking.
