2015 Ford fiesta se hot air

Recently bought a 2015 Ford fiesta SE and didn't check the HVAC system. Replaced the passenger blend door and it works great. Though the driver blendor is completely different and I can't seem to find a part to fit it. The first picture is the part that came out. Second is the comparison of the two. Lastly, the internals and the shape of the plastic inside and out is two different, two interchange parts

You own an Innie' but got an outie for the replacement.

These use position sensors (that variable in the center of that outie - you'll need to change it's gear or go diving in a junkyard to find another similar unit that might work.
