2015 fiesta se 1.0 p0299 code

I was driving and experienced a loss of power. check engine light came on (p0299) code low boost ... noticed white smoke exhaust ... elevated engine temps 225 degrees now coolant in reservoir is almost empty. Faulty turbo?

OR a blown head gasket - any signs of coolant leaks around on the motor or the coolant tank itself?

no sign of external leaking ...performed a compression test today only 70 psi on number 3 ...looks like head gasket is culprit

The white smoke result was the coolant blowing out that cylinder - woof...
