- 2014 Ford Fiesta
Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. My 2014 Ford Fiesta has had a door ajar warning light on for a long time. I discovered the cause and had it verified by a friend with that used his automotive tools to show that it was the hood causing the alert.
Looking at the hood latch, I can see that there is no hood sensor connector plugged into it. I believe it may have been disconnected by the dealership during service for the door latch problem (prior to the recall). I am struggling to find the plug that goes in and I cannot find any good online resources that will tell me where this cable originates from and what path it follows leading to the hood latch. Can anyone help or share images of where there hood latch sensor wire leads to in their Ford Fiesta?
