I have 1 missing and 1 stripped lug nut will I hear more road noise what are the bad symptoms of keeping on driving like this ? Thank you.

Your remaining wheel studs could break off and then the wheel would come off and possibly hit somebody else and injure or kill them at the same time you are struggling to get your car under control or are crashing. So this is very serious.
