The female broke off somewhere, i have no clue where
The male is a six pin connector comoing from the same wire tube thing as the fog light and some other cable.
Its on the driver side of the car near the front bumper.

Does your cars windshield washer (not just wipers) work?

If OK, then Fog would be next idea - but you only need two wires.

The Connector looks a little beat up - like someone took off something and sheared off the lock tab/pintle alignment pin.

Considering it's from the front, is their any Temperature reading on the Instrument cluster? Like outdoor temp?

Then this may be from a more exotic Driver Assist Sensor harness that helps the Driver in parking-aid or front view camera - or even a Grille shutter control for Engine Temperature (Radiator cooling stuff)

Ok so the windscreen washer works perfectly. The only things that dont work is the ac[it blows air just not cold air] and the fog lights also dont work

I spent some time trying to research this connector. So to see it was on a Diesel engine then took me to various places including a NOX sensor for Hi-powered Diesel motors for larger trucks. But other uses included, Headlamp Fog Lamp along with Trailer Wiring Harness, which then leads me to think they may have used this connector to operate the Brake light, Turn signal and Running Light and even keep the battery Charged while they towed this vehicle.

Curt (Trailer supplier) uses these connectors to use with their "tag along" system for trailering vehicles behind RV's so if you can't seem to find a purpose for it, see if you can trace the harness back to where it goes and you may have an answer - or a better direction we can go with knowing what you found.
